Pre-engagement
Assessment

PRP conducts a high-level cost savings assessment of vendor data for potential clients. You’ll receive a detailed assessment of possible savings.

Decision
to Hire

After you see the results of the Comprehensive Review, you can speak to our current clients and ask what the process was like so you can then make an informed decision on whether to partner with us.

Data
Collection

Our team will collect vendor reports and invoices to perform a cost savings analysis.

Strategy

You’ll receive an in-depth analysis of vendor invoices from the last 12 months. With industry knowledge and new visibility across spending and contract trends, PRP will formulate and implement a cost savings strategy specific to your needs and industry.

Implementation

We’ll lead the implementation but will work closely with your teams. Because you don’t pay until you save, the burden is on PRP to successfully implement savings on your behalf!

Validation & Verification (Ongoing)

Your vendor invoices will be reviewed to report actual savings and to verify that vendors are honoring the new rates. PRP will also ensure you receive credit for all instances of vendor noncompliance.

Continued Partnership

Our goal is to become your long-term partner. After the initial savings are achieved, you can continue to partner with PRP on a month-by-month retainer basis.
