Donald Steiner
Chief executive officer
Donald Steiner founded Profit Recovery Partners in 1997 and currently serves as CEO. Since the firm’s inception, Don has managed the growth of PRP and expanded its impressive base of clients to include FORTUNE 1,000 companies and an assortment of middle-market companies. He has built the firm on core values centered around serving the client first, and created a culture dedicated to achieving the impossible by finding a better way. Before starting PRP, Don spent over a decade in the office equipment industry holding sales management and executive positions at FKM Copier Products where he was instrumental in growing revenue. Earlier, he worked for Canon in a variety of sales roles. Don is also the founder of the Two Masters Wine Club and Steiner Innovations as well as the maker of the infant sunshade “Sweet Baby Shade.” He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and currently serves on their board of Regents.

Jeremy Linehan
President
Jeremy Linehan joined PRP in 2001 and currently serves as President. During his long tenure at PRP, Jeremy has served in many critical roles in the organization. As Executive Vice President of the Practice Groups, Jeremy oversaw the initial creation and rapid growth of the company’s core areas of expertise. As Vice President of Solutions Management, Jeremy led the company’s client services division and was responsible for the creation of renewable client value programs, the management of leveraged client spend, and new methods of client savings reporting. Prior to PRP, Jeremy held sales and marketing positions in the building and construction industry. In his downtime, Jeremy is focused on his nonprofit ventures, and enjoys surfing, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Amber, and their three children. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Tyler Brower
Executive Vice President / solutions management
Tyler Brower currently serves as Executive Vice President, Solutions Management. Since joining the firm in 2002, he has identified, negotiated, and implemented over $650 million in verified cost savings across 40+ expense areas for PRP’s clients while leading the firm’s eight Practice Groups. He has also helped drive the expansion of the firm’s expense area expertise as well as technological innovations and process improvements that have given both PRP and its clients greater ability to monitor and manage client spend. Tyler is committed to continuously evolving the firm’s service offerings to stay responsive to client needs. Tyler and his wife, Anna, and their three children reside in Laguna Niguel, California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Arizona.

Sarah Chintawat
Vice President / Human Resources
Sarah Chintawat joined PRP in 2018 and serves as Vice President, Human Resources. She is an accomplished, high-energy Human Resources professional with over 15 years of diverse experience drawn from her unique background and reflected in her out-of-the-box approach to people-centric programs. Sarah has worked in both startups and multinational corporations, and has worked closely with C-suite leaders to develop Business Process Optimization initiatives and people strategy programs throughout her career. Before joining PRP, she led both the Human Resource Strategic Initiatives and Revenue Generation Groups for Panasonic Avionics Corporation, where she leveraged data to create human capital programs and drive 400% revenue growth. Sarah and her husband, Paul, live in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, California with their two children. She holds an MBA from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.

Ryan Schlunz joined PRP in 2019 and serves as Chief Information Officer. Ryan is a respected veteran in the legal industry, and before joining PRP led Information Technology, eDiscovery, Innovation, Administration and Operations teams at AmLaw 200 firms. With over 25 years of experience in the information technology space, Ryan is an established thought leader in the areas of change management, strategic planning, technology, and innovation. He lives in Oregon with his wife, Nikki, and their five children. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management & Organizational Leadership from George Fox University, and serves on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations.

Paul Bottiaux joined PRP in 2017 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for overseeing PRP’s finance, accounting, contracts, and HR functions. Before joining PRP, Paul served as Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance for Panasonic Avionics Corporation, the $3B in-flight entertainment technology division of Panasonic. Prior to Panasonic, Paul held financial roles at Washington Mutual as well as The Boeing Company. Paul is known by his colleagues for his strong background in business strategy and execution which both accelerate growth and contribute to sound financial results. His reputation for thinking one step ahead to foresee risks and opportunities impacts the business by putting proactive measures in place. Paul and his wife, Elizabeth, live in San Clemente with their four children. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from San Diego State University.

Michael Lowe
Executive Vice President / Sales
Michael joined PRP in 2015 and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Sales. As Vice President of Strategy Development from 2017-2020, Michael led the department to 62% revenue growth in North America within his three-year tenure while simultaneously increasing company revenue performance throughout that time. Before joining PRP, Michael spent over 20 years in several senior leadership positions at Ricoh Americas and IKON Office Solutions including Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Operations, and Finance in both the United States and Canada. In addition to serving in a multitude of roles, he led the post-acquisition integration of a $100M business unit and scaled the Inside Sales department to 100 team members, generating $16M+ in new revenue annually. Michael lives in Huntington Beach with his wife, Kari, and their two children. Michael holds an MBA in International Business from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Southern Illinois University. Additionally, he has completed the Harvard University Executive Leadership Program.

Darren Phipps

Darren joined PRP in 2002 and currently serves as Executive Vice President of the Practice Groups. Previously, as Executive Vice President of Solutions Management, Darren was responsible for both fulfilling the contractual obligations to PRP’s clients as well as growing the depth and breadth of client services programs managed by the firm. Over the past 18+ years, Darren has achieved success in many roles ranging from Senior Analyst to Senior Director; and with each title and associated responsibility, his focus has remained PRP’s “client first” approach. In his tenure, Darren has led 300+ engagements, achieving more than $400 million in client savings. Prior to PRP, Darren was with Morgan Stanley, holding both financial advisor and financial analyst positions. Darren lives with his wife, Amie, and their two children in Ladera Ranch, California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Chapman University.

Greg Danielson
Vice president / strategy development
Greg Danielson currently serves as Vice President of Strategy Development. Since joining the firm in 2008, he has experience as a Director in Solutions Management and as Executive Director over various Practice Areas. During Greg’s tenure, he has led some of the firm's largest account relationships and has developed high performing teams across various Practice Areas. Greg has led or been actively involved in more than 250 engagements, achieving more than $350M in client savings. Greg holds an Executive MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University. Outside of PRP, Greg’s interests include real estate investing, mindfulness, and the plant-based food movement. He, his wife Katie, and their three children lead an active lifestyle filled with frequent trips to the beach and mountains.
