Donald Steiner

Chief Executive Officer

Donald Steiner founded Profit Recovery Partners in 1997 and currently serves as CEO. Since the firm’s inception, Don has managed the growth of PRP and expanded its impressive base of clients to include FORTUNE 1,000 companies and an assortment of middle-market companies. He has built the firm on core values centered around serving the client first and created a culture dedicated to achieving the impossible by finding a better way. PRP’s accumulative savings for its clients have now surpassed $9 billion. Before starting PRP, Don spent over a decade in the office equipment industry holding sales management and executive positions at FKM Copier Products where he was instrumental in growing revenue. Earlier, he worked for Canon in a variety of sales roles. Don is also the founder of the Two Masters Wine Club and Steiner Innovations as well as the maker of the infant sunshade “Sweet Baby Shade.” He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University and is a nine-year Board of Regents member. Don currently serves on the boards of the Emeril Lagasse Foundation, Keep Memory Alive (Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brian Health), and OCSA (Orange County School of Arts).

Jeremy Linehan

Partner, President

Jeremy Linehan joined PRP in 2001 and currently serves as President. During his long tenure at PRP, Jeremy has served in many critical roles in the organization. As Executive Vice President of the Practice Groups, Jeremy oversaw the initial creation and rapid growth of the company’s core areas of expertise. As Vice President of Solutions Management, Jeremy led the company’s client services division and was responsible for the creation of renewable client value programs, the management of leveraged client spend, and new methods of client savings reporting. Prior to PRP, Jeremy held sales and marketing positions in the building and construction industry. In his downtime, Jeremy is focused on his nonprofit ventures, and enjoys surfing, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Amber, and their three children. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Paul Bottiaux

Partner, Chief Financial Officer

Paul Bottiaux joined PRP in 2017 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for overseeing PRP’s finance, accounting, contracts, and HR functions. Before joining PRP, Paul served as Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance for Panasonic Avionics Corporation, the $3B in-flight entertainment technology division of Panasonic. Prior to Panasonic, Paul held financial roles at Washington Mutual as well as The Boeing Company. Paul is known by his colleagues for his strong background in business strategy and execution which both accelerate growth and contribute to sound financial results. His reputation for thinking one step ahead to foresee risks and opportunities impacts the business by putting proactive measures in place. Paul and his wife, Elizabeth, live in San Clemente with their four children. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from San Diego State University.

Michele Barney

Partner, Chief of Staff

Michele joined PRP in 2022 and currently serves as Chief of Staff. Michele joins PRP with a 30-year background in strategic direction, vision, and proven growth.  Her leadership, combined with a can-do attitude, has resulted in market-leading performance in mortgage finance, title, and escrow industries.  Michele’s talents lie in driving strategic growth, redesigning and establishing brand identity, reimagining key processes to maximize operational excellence, and building healthy and longstanding client/employee relations.  Her success includes senior leadership positions at Fidelity National Title, Lender Processing Services, First American Mortgage Solutions and First Integrity National, where she was responsible for the end-to-end management of all P&L divisional drivers.  Originally from a small town in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York, Michele’s move to Southern California has helped craft her professional approach, to be fearless and driven to create exponential growth,  all the while not losing sight of the greatest assets a company has:  its hard-working employees.  Outside of work, Michele spends her time supporting animal rescue and humanitarian efforts like breast cancer awareness and 44 Women for Orangewood.  In her downtime, Michele enjoys savoring a nice glass of wine, running her cherished rescue dog and enjoying moments with close friends.

Tyler Brower

Partner, Executive Vice President, Practice Groups

Tyler Brower currently serves as Executive Vice President, Practice Groups. Since joining the firm in 2002, he has identified, negotiated, and implemented over $650 million in verified cost savings across 40+ expense areas for PRP’s clients while leading the firm’s eight Practice Groups. He has also helped drive the expansion of the firm’s expense area expertise as well as technological innovations and process improvements that have given both PRP and its clients greater ability to monitor and manage client spend. Tyler is committed to continuously evolving the firm’s service offerings to stay responsive to client needs. Tyler and his wife, Anna, and their three children reside in Laguna Niguel, California. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Arizona.

Michael Lowe

Partner, Executive Vice President, Sales

Michael joined PRP in 2015 and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Sales. As Vice President of Strategy Development from 2017-2020, Michael led the department to 62% revenue growth in North America within his three-year tenure while simultaneously increasing company revenue performance throughout that time. Before joining PRP, Michael spent over 20 years in several senior leadership positions at Ricoh Americas and IKON Office Solutions including Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Operations, and Finance in both the United States and Canada. In addition to serving in a multitude of roles, he led the post-acquisition integration of a $100M business unit and scaled the Inside Sales department to 100 team members, generating $16M+ in new revenue annually. Michael lives in Huntington Beach with his wife, Kari, and their two children. Michael holds an MBA in International Business from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Southern Illinois University. Additionally, he has completed the Harvard University Executive Leadership Program.

Emily Bartee

Vice President, Human Resources

Emily joined PRP in 2022 and serves as Vice President of Human Resources, bringing more than 15 years of HR and leadership experience across industries including retail and manufacturing. She takes a thoughtful, people-centered approach to HR, grounded in authenticity, trust, and doing the right thing for employees while supporting the needs of the business. Her areas of focus include employee relations, talent acquisition, regulatory compliance, employee development, and building programs that help teams grow and perform at their best. Prior to PRP, Emily held senior HR leadership roles, most recently as Director of Human Resources at California Faucets, where she supported the company’s growth from 150 to more than 250 employees. Originally from Austin, Texas, Emily moved to Orange County in 2011. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and is SHRM-certified. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, going to the beach, taking group fitness classes, and unwinding with a good Netflix show.

Bryan Bellacosa

Vice President, Information Technology

Bryan Bellacosa joined PRP in 2024 and currently serves as Vice President, Information Technology. Before joining PRP, Bryan was the Senior Vice President of Product Management and Information Technology at ServiceLink, where he built technology and innovative processes supporting Title, Escrow, and Default Mortgage Services. With 25 years of experience in the information technology space, Bryan is an established leader specializing in digital transformation through the adoption, development, and implementation of industry leading advanced technologies. Bryan is originally from Denver, Colorado, and moved to Orange County at an early age. When he is not in the office, he likes to spend his time mountain biking, boating, and spending time with his wife, Julie, and his three children.

Ken Taylor

Partner, Vice President, Strategy Development

Ken Taylor joined PRP in 2019 and currently serves as Partner and Vice President, Strategy Development. With over 11 years of consultative sales experience, including his first three and a half years at PRP, Ken brings strong client-driven perspective and advocacy to each of our firm’s engagements. He looks to find solutions to complex challenges by deconstructing tasks into manageable, clearly defined components. Ken finds the greatest fulfillment in collaborating with clients and PRP’s operating groups to achieve shared goals and deliver meaningful results. His strategic mindset, collaborative approach, passion for problem-solving and team development drive successful outcomes across the business. Outside of work, Ken enjoys playing golf, following USC Football, and spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the USC Marshall School of Business.

Matthew Parks

Partner, Associate Vice President, Practice Groups

Matthew Parks is a Partner and Associate Vice President at Profit Recovery Partners, where he leads business optimization and performance improvement initiatives for Fortune 1000 organizations across payments, fintech, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and supply chain. Over the course of his career at PRP, Matthew and his team have delivered more than $640 million in client savings by helping organizations strengthen controls, optimize vendor relationships, and improve financial performance. He is known for turning complex operational and financial challenges into practical strategies that deliver measurable results. Matthew holds an Executive MBA from Chapman University, a B.A. in Corporate Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and is certified as a PMP and CPP.

Mike Solis

Partner, Executive Director

Mike Solis joined PRP in 2003 and currently serves as a Partner and Executive Director. Mike is dedicated to delivering client value through the use of strategic processes, cutting edge industry expertise, and organizational influence.  He is also committed to growing leaders within the firm to help drive our future success. During his time at PRP, Mike has helped deliver significant results for PRP’s clients across multiple verticals to the tune of $300 million in annual savings and executed internal initiatives to boost productivity. In his downtime, Mike is enjoying the outdoors, active in community volunteering, and loves to travel. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children and two dogs. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from California State University, Long Beach.
