For purposes of this Privacy Statement, “personal information” means information from or about you that identifies you directly and information that is associated with you and thus could potentially identify you, including when combined with other information from or about you.
Information Placed on Your Computer
As you visit a PRP Website, certain recognition data files may be attached to your hard drive. These files are called “cookies” and are used by PRP to customize your visit to the site. Cookies can be erased or blocked from your computer through your web browser. PRP may also collect domain names and gather information such as number of visits, the pages visited, and the average time spent on each page to track traffic patterns throughout the site. This information allows us to improve the overall content of the site and increase visitor satisfaction.

At points throughout the PRP Website, PRP may allow clients or visitors to submit personal information to request information from PRP, sign up for mailing lists, apply for a job, access client tools, etc. This personally identifiable information may include first and last name, street address, email address, telephone number, fax number and company name. PRP uses your personal information only for the purpose for which you provide it. PRP does not sell or otherwise distribute personally identifiable information from its consumers to third parties.

Clients or visitors who wish to review the personally identifiable information submitted on the PRP site can do so by contacting PRP.
Request for Opt Out or Modification
At your request, PRP will remove or modify any information submitted by you, as appropriate, from its database. If you wish to opt out, please contact us.

HIPAA-Protected Health Information
PRP safeguards HIPAA-protected health information that we receive while representing clients by entering into Business Associate Agreements with clients and third-party service providers and by implementing HIPAA-compliant administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for each client relationship.
Information from Children (Children Online Privacy Protection Act – COPPA)
PRP does not direct its websites toward children. PRP does not seek to collect personal information from or about persons under the age of 18.
Information for California Residents
Consistent with CCPA, if you are a California resident, you have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which PRP shares certain categories of your personal information with third parties, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. California law provides that you have the right to submit a request, using the contact information below, and receive the following information:
- The categories of information that we disclosed to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year; and
- The names and addresses of the third parties that received such information, or if the nature of their business cannot be determined from the name, then examples of the products or services marketed.
